Reviews and Ratings <br />
This campground is in a location that is convenient to San Diego, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a lack of transparency about the site assignments and the amenities. The facilities on the overflow side were quite disappointing, and there were maintenance issues that detracted from our stay. I wish I had been informed beforehand about the state of the laundry and the crossover situation before arriving.
My experience at this campground was quite disappointing. The facilities were poorly maintained and cleanliness was a major issue. While the south side had nice amenities like pools, the north side felt neglected and unsafe. Also, the check-in process was extremely slow and unorganized. Overall, it didn't feel like a reliable place for families.
I had a mixed experience at the RV park. On one hand, the full hookup sites were well-maintained, and the bathrooms were super clean, which I appreciated. However, the landscaping seemed neglected due to the drought, and several amenities were not available during my stay. Overall, it wasn't a bad spot if you're primarily day tripping, but it lacked the charm for a longer stay.
I had a mixed experience at this park. On the bright side, the community was friendly, and I loved the activity center, which included a library and a craft fair where I even sold some of my crafts. However, the lack of cell and internet service was a downside, and my stay was impacted when I had noisy neighbors who made it difficult to relax. Overall, it has its charm but also some significant drawbacks.
My stay at Pio Pico RV Resort was quite a mixed bag. While I ended up enjoying the southern section with full hookups, the initial experience on the northern side was far from ideal. The check-in process was lengthy and disorganized, with a strong odor of pet waste lingering in some areas. Despite the frustrations, I found the south side to be clean and comfortable, but the overall experience left me hesitant to return due to the initial hassles.
